We are committed to investing in the future and have continuously employed apprentices for more than 20 years, mentoring young people to become skilled, confident, responsible members of the workforce and the community.
Many of our apprentices win awards during their apprenticeships and we encourage them to extend their qualifications and promote lifelong learning. All those running the company as divisional managers, project managers, site supervisors and foremen, completed an apprenticeship & continue to impart their knowledge and expertise.
